These are the seven speeds of soccer.

Quantum Soccer wants to help you improve the Seven Speeds of soccer. The game is getting increasingly faster by the day we want to help you keep up mentally and physically. We will help you use utilize your senses to better react to Technical, Tactical, and Conditional situations during the game. Increasing your speed of play will increase the overall quality of your game.  Player's ability to play at speed is much more than the ability to run fast.  Rarely is a player required to sprint straight ahead for any distance without changing speed distance or both.  There are factors of equal importance such as speed of movement, speed of the mark, speed with the ball, speed of execution, and speed of decision making.  Often players are given too much information too soon, with repetition and progression is properly used players can achieve optimum performance.  The Quantum speed school wants to help you achieve this optimum level.

A. All players are required to have a current annual Quantum Soccer membership.
